The Farm-To-Table concept is a philosophy that syncs up perfectly with our simple living model at camp allows us to provide the campers with delicious meals that provide the energy the require to thrive in their daily activities.
Each meal is designed with our campers sophisticated palate in mind and care is given to prepare each meal with the freshest and most locally sourced ingredients available. A well-proportioned salad bar is available for all campers during lunch and dinner and meal alternatives are available for the pickiest of eaters. Special medical dietary needs can be met with prior arrangements.
